As Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, Planning and Operations, you will shape Nike UK&I’s multi-brand narrative and drive precise planning and efficient operations to deliver brand excellence. Based in London, you’ll influence cross‑functional partners and align regional goals with global strategy to fuel growth in a dynamic market. You’ll translate strategic insight into compelling internal narratives and lead an operations team focused on budget and product management. This role offers a high‑impact opportunity to influence brand direction across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilites

Set vision and shape brand strategy for multiple Nike brands in UK&I
Lead cross‑functional planning and ensure simple, impactful communication across teams
Manage annual operating plan (AOP), marketing budget and resource planning
Oversee product management and VP stakeholder engagements to maintain alignment
Develop and deliver internal narratives that translate strategy into meetings and presentations
Gather and apply consumer insights for UK&I plans and feed insights to EMEA/Global teams
Empower and lead an operations team to deliver excellence in budgeting and product management
Collaborate with Sales, Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, Social Community & Impact, and regional/global partners
