In this role you advance BridgeBio’s Skeletal Dysplasia program across Europe, shaping medical strategies and helping launches succeed. Responsibilites
- Lead regional medical strategy and execution for Skeletal Dysplasia asset, including launches, aligned with US medical and regional brand plans
- Support regional and country launch readiness, enhance medical capabilities, and disease education in pre- and post-launch settings
- Develop deep understanding of rare diseases and patient journeys to inform positioning and lifecycle management
- Represent regional perspectives in global forums, shaping evidence generation and scientific communications
- Drive scientific engagement with key opinion leaders, centers, and societies to improve standards of care
- Collaborate across Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions in a global matrix
- Gather and synthesize HCP insights to inform medical and brand strategies
- Partner with country medical teams to support launches and annual medical planning, and act as liaison to Clinical and US Medical teams
- Maintain and expand knowledge on therapeutic areas and products and train cross-functional teams
- Keep up-to-date with pharmaceutical guidelines and BridgeBio policies, processes, and systems
Key requirements
- 7+ years in regional medical affairs roles in biotech or pharma; global/local experience preferred
- Launch experience, evidence generation, publications, and external medical communication with KOLs
- Expertise in rare diseases; Skeletal Dysplasia experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
