Responsibilites

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Accounts Receivable Automation solution
Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
Integrate AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and customer experience
Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
Prioritize features based on business impact and customer feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure delivery
Act as a product evangelist to raise awareness across the organization
Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions

Key requirements

Minimum of 5 years in Product Management with at least 2 in a senior role
Experience leading product teams
Extensive experience with ERP financial systems and Accounts Receivable processes
Strong understanding of AI technologies in product development
Solid technical background with software development experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills with executive stakeholders
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving drive
Ability to anticipate challenges and act proactively
Experience in agile software development and matrix organizations
