Senior Specialist Microbiology (100%)

In this role you will contribute to the Quality Control Microbiology team at the Schachen site, supporting the release and testing of Drug Substance and in-process intermediates. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure data integrity, drive compliant microbiology studies, and contribute to process improvements. The position focuses on data review, method qualification/validation, and deviation/change control workflows to maintain GMP standards. You will engage with rapid microbiological methods and automation initiatives to enhance testing speed and product release. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that aligns with the company’s mission to deliver innovative therapies.
