Responsibilites
- Implement and maintain processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average
- Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards
- Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and drive colleague performance
Key requirements
- Proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to increase performance, profitability, and operating efficiency
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
