- Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while upholding quality and service standards
- Ensure accurate collection/recording of customer data per Group standards
- Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times

Key requirements
- Previous experience in a similar service-management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
