Responsibilities

Application configuration management to meet business requirements
Advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of application updates
User communication and complex application support
Overall application support to achieve business outcomes
Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (IT, SAP/ERP, product managers)
Incident & request management prioritization
Vendor management and contract negotiations
Reporting and analytics through dashboards and data extracts

Key requirements

4+ years of relevant experience
English professional working proficiency
Hands-on MES experience, preferably Savigent, or similar event-driven platform
Understanding of OT/IT integration and data flows between plant and enterprise systems
Working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and ERP-plant interfaces
Experience building reports and dashboards (Power BI)
