In this hands-on Supply Chain Specialist role, you will manage material creation and optimize processes while strengthening supplier relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites to improve operational performance and ensure compliant, timely logistics. You’ll work on international export/import activities, regulatory checks, and documentation, contributing to a high-quality supply chain in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilites

Coordinate logistics and transport for national and international shipments, including temperature-controlled modes
Plan and execute shipping activities with internal/external requestors and align distribution with stakeholders
Serve as main contact for Export/Import queries and support cross-training for backup coordination
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations (licenses, GDP, global trade) and country-specific requirements
Prepare accurate shipping documents (proforma invoices, packing lists, DG declarations, certificates of origin)
Support documentation management and regulatory assurance across the supply chain
