As Team Leader Legal & Corporate, you co-manage a Legal & Corporate sub-team within a Team Unit, reporting to the Team Unit Director. You oversee day-to-day legal and corporate affairs for client companies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. You collaborate across Legal & Corporate and Accounting to manage transactions, onboarding, bank openings, and board interactions, driving efficient operations and client satisfaction. This role offers broad impact in a rapidly expanding, international setting with clear leadership responsibilities. Your work helps shape client relations and corporate governance on cross-border matters.

Responsibilites

Manage planning and activities of the Legal & Corporate sub-team to meet standards
Supervise and sign-off on corporate and finance transactions
Oversee time recording and invoicing processes for the sub-team
Support cash collection and accounts payable management for outstanding invoices
Assist in hiring, appraisals, goal setting and development for the sub-team
Coordinate cooperation with Accounting for financial aspects of transactions (incorporations, liquidations, migrations, closings)
Ensure proper incorporation or transfer of client companies and opening of bank accounts
Review and sign-off on legal/transaction documents
Maintain complete and accurate legal files
Provide complex legal and corporate matter support in cooperation with Legal Director Client Services
Ensure compliance with Client Acceptance and Transaction Monitoring processes
Lead and organize board meeting preparation and client meetings
Maintain strong client and intermediary relationships to foster long-term partnerships
Drive risk management and compliance participation
Ensure cross-team communication and timely response to clients

Key requirements

University or professional studies in law or equivalent experience
Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in an international Law, Tax or Trust environment
Solid knowledge of international tax law, Luxembourg law and international company law
Experience in team management and strong organizational/communication/analytical skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
