In this role you drive integrated healthcare public affairs and policy programs for EU and global clients from Brussels. You lead a team of health communications and policy specialists, shaping multi-stakeholder advocacy to support pharma, biotech, patient groups and medical societies. You’ll translate client needs into strategic plans, guiding execution and maintaining strong relationships to ensure outcomes. This is a growth-focused opportunity to expand the Brussels practice, leverage cross‑office collaboration, and propel impactful policy change.

Responsibilites

Lead client and inter-agency relationships and coordinate integrated account teams
Develop fully integrated plans from concept to media strategy leveraging agency expertise
Design and implement public affairs, advocacy, and issues campaigns for pharma/biotech clients
Support business development, strategic program planning, and creative concepts
Act as a transparent translator between clients and teams to align work with client goals
Mentor account leads and portfolio members and collaborate with cross-EMEA health & corporate leads
Participate in hiring and onboarding while promoting inclusive hiring practices
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and support new business pitches

Key requirements

6–8 years of proven EU & Global Public Affairs & Policy experience in healthcare (pharma & biotech)
Agency experience at Account Director level preferred
EU citizenship and residence in Brussels
Strong communication, project management, and people management skills
Fluent in English
