In this role you will lead the commercial strategy for two tracks: Earth-based BioPod deployments and long-term space research collaborations. You will engage C-level executives, own end-to-end revenue growth, and shape a dual-market go-to-market. You will drive high-value contracts and partnerships that advance sustainable plant production and space-enabled science, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilites

Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for BioPod deployments and services on Earth
Cultivate a space-program pipeline with partners for microgravity plant science collaborations
Qualify, negotiate, and close complex contracts (Earth hardware + services; space research partnerships)
Maintain a segmented, robust pipeline through industry networks for both Earth and space opportunities
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO
Represent Interstellar Lab at relevant conferences and forums for Earth and space opportunities

Key requirements

7+ years of B2B sales leadership in cosmetics, fragrance, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or plant-derived ingredients
Track record of closing seven-figure+ deals with large enterprises (Fortune 500-equivalent)
Established C-level network and ability to engage R&D/innovation leaders
Experience owning full commercial P&L and scaling revenue from under $5M to over $20M
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage dual-market strategies (terrestrial and space)
Fluent English; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
