For the management of one of our client’s most important markets, we are now looking for a Sales Director Italy (m/f/d).


In this unique role you will especially develop and implement short- and long-term sales/marketing strategies and objectives in order to increase volume, turnover and EBITDA. In this context, you will also focus on increasing product distribution, POS visibility and finding new consumers. You will, furthermore, improve the number of loyal consumers through a consumer-focused approach as well as strengthen the brands. You will lead the country product portfolio development as well as mar-keting initiatives specific to Italian consumers aligned with global brand guidelines.

The position is based in Treviso, Italy and requires substantial travelling.


As Sales Director you should especially have profound experience in
- marketing and sales in branded FMCG
- leading a field sales organization
- P&L and cost efficiency
- a multicultural working environment
- working for an owner-managed company (regarded as a plus)

Moreover, you display
- a solid structural thinking and a pragmatic approach
- the ability to build and maintain a motivated and interacting team
- a deep knowledge in formulating market entry strategies
- an international mindset and also a hands-on approach
- a first-class track record in delivering business growth
