For our client, a dominant player in the corporate services industry in Luxembourg, we are
looking for a talented Manager Fund Legal
Your opportunity
As Manager Fund Legal you will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of
the best minds in fund services. Together with your team of (Junior/Senior) Fund Legal
Associates, you will oversee a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities
for our international fund clients, primarily operating in the Alternative Investment Fund
sphere (Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Debt, Infrastructure etc).

institutions, fund managers, high net worth individuals and family offices.
Your responsibilities:
As our Manager Fund Legal, you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will
be part of a dynamic and fast growing team of fund experts, reporting directly to the
Director Fund Legal. On a typical day you will be working on wide range of diverse and
dynamic projects, including:
- Oversight and coordination of all client deliverables within your portfolio,
according to the operating memoranda/SLA’s. Deliverables include, but are not
limited to: - Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds
- Review of, and drafting of, shareholder resolutions, EGM, AGM and board
meetings - Attending board meetings and preparing minutes thereafter
- Handling client portfolio including compliance, KYC and AML aspects
- Handling client communication on a day-to-day basis
- Incorporation of companies
- Ensuring maintenance of client data base
- Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing
- Guiding our clients through more complex legal issues
- Working closely with internal and external parties to ensure deadlines are met and
quality is assured - Be the face to the clients around feedback on business as usual, improvement
ideas, knowledge sharing, escalated operational issues/concerns and various other
client queries - Prepare, review and coordinate internal senior management requests, reporting to
senior management, KPI queries, staff time writing, payment of outstanding
invoices and regular overall status updates on your portfolio of clients - Actively recruiting, coaching and training staff on all required elements of the job
- Prepare and coordinate regular staff feedback and appraisal meetings
- Working closely together with the implementation and onboarding teams for
document review and setup of new client entities - Escalating and coordinating identified team/client needs and improvement
points/ideas to consistently build and grow the fund services team in all aspects of
the words - Participating as a core member of our team and helping us sustain our strong
reputation as a leading provider in fund and corporate services
Your profile:
We are looking for individuals who:

- Are open to receiving feedback from, and providing feedback to, all involved
internal parties to further improve and grow - Are accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver their best work when facing a tight
deadline - Have a Master degree in (corporate or funds) law or professional studies
- Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the fund industry
and at least 2 years of experience as people leader. Experience in a fund
management environment or law firm will be considered as an asset - Are fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered
as an advantage
