Global HR-Manager (m/f/d)
-Brussels-
Tasks:
• Full responsibility of all HR strategy deployment and HR management for the assigned business with different sites in Europe including the local entity in Brussels
• Providing positive and dynamic leadership to the local HR team and acting as business partner for the local management team
• Member of corporate HR steering committee
• Definition of the HR-strategy to ensure achievement of ambitious growth targets
• Further development of modern HR-processes (employee development, employer branding, talent management, On-&offboarding, Comp&Ben)
• Accompany organizational and cultural changes within the company and shaping a modern and agile company culture
• Effective cooperation with the HQ
Requirements:
• University degree in HR management or similar qualification
• 5-10 years of HR work experience in an industrial company with focus on employee development and recruiting
• Good knowledge regarding Belgian labor regulations (labor law, wage tax, social securities)
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy
• Cooperative and motivational leadership style
• Passionate personality with conceptual strength and a pragmatic working style
• Very good skills in English
• Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Brussels
• Willingness to travel from time to time
