We are currently looking for a highly motivated (Senior)Human Resources Generalist (M/F/D) to join our Human Resources team in Meiningen, Munich, or Berlin. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for administrating and supporting the day-to-day human resources activities during the whole ADVA employee life cycle.
Principle duties and essential functions
Providing advice and active support to employees and managers pertaining all human resources topics
Attend personnel-related meetings and appraisals
Recruiting within area of responsibility (creation of job ads, application management and interviewing suitable candidates)
Creating contracts, contract amendments, references and confirmations
Organizing training sessions and local events
Collaboration with the ADVA Works Council in Germany
Supporting the implementation of new HR processes (locally and globally) as well as assuring their validity
Supporting the HR administration in close cooperation with our local payroll during the whole employee life cycle process (e.g. in terms of performance management and compensation and benefits or personnel release)
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Degree or completed vocational training in management/business or similar HR-related qualification
Operational experience in the HR environment of an international company is a plus
Working knowledge of German labor law, works constitution act and HR best practice
Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to discretion
Project management experience and knowledge in HR processes preferable
Open-mindedness and good communication skills
Well-structured and accurate working manner
Proficient in MS Office and other IT applications
Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and German

Aufgaben

Organisation interner Veranstaltungen (Mitarbeiterschulungen, Feiern, etc.)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ADVA Works Council in Deutschland
Unterstützung bei der Einführung globaler und lokaler Prozesse und Richtlinien sowie Sicherstellung der Aktualität
Betreuung des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus unter Einbeziehung der Lohnbuchhaltung (u.a. im Bereich des Performance Management sowie Compensation & Benefits oder im Bereich der Personalfreisetzung)
Anforderungen
Abschluss einer fachbezogenen Ausbildung (z. B. Personalfachwirt (M/W/D)) oder eines Studiums (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft)
Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung eines internationalen Unternehmens sind von Vorteil
Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich HR Systeme und Prozesse
Solide Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
Exzellente soziale Kompetenz
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Aufgeschlossene, objektive und transparente Kommunikationsweise
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office
