My client is on the hunt for an exceptional, Deputy General Manager for this high-end B&I contract in London.

The role will be to support the General Manager & Executive Chef in the delivery of superb, high-end catering to the contract. Staff dining and reception will fall into your remit, but you will take leadership of the fine dining/hospitality element of the contract. With multiple meeting spaces and concierge services, this role requires a candidate that understands how to deliver excellence.

It is crucial you come from a high-end, catering background, and have excellent wine and fine dining knowledge. It is not essential that you have sound financial experience but would be preferable.
