We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager (F/M) for the Swiss legal entity of the Group.

    Role

    Reporting to the Head of the legal entity, the role will cover multiple aspects. 1) Financial Planning & Business Partnering

    • Support Category Directors and promote a financial mindset (analysis, scenario planning, support to negotiations, contracts harmonization)
    • Validate all new contracts / financial amendments, pricing inputs and payment terms
    • Produce monthly actuals reconciliation, validation and communication of monthly reporting package to the entity Board and to Group Finance at HQ level
    • Deliver Forecast & Budget: planning, team engagement, financial updates, validations, submissions and presentations
    • Coordinate & Report out the Entity strategic planning process, prepare templates, engage and support Category Directors, align for an on-time delivery, consolidate and analyze to support business leaders
    • Partner Remuneration forecast and optimization process
    • Deliver Monthly & Year-end closing, support audit process.

    2) Finance / Accounting Operations
    With a team of 1,5 FTE, supervise the following tasks:

    • Accounting tasks & entries, invoicing & payments, treasury & banking entries
    • Tax submissions & fiscal correspondence
    • Dividend payments
    • Investment tracking, Opex optimization
    • Administrative duties

    Lead special finance team projects3) Internal Controls

    • Maintain entity key processes in line with group internal controls framework and guidelines
    • Own internal controls campaigns from roll-out to completion
    • Follow up of recommendations
    • Prepare internal audit documentation
    • Support tax audits, coordinated by the Tax team

    Candidate

    Key requirements for the role:

    • Master in Finance
    • Graduate in top school, MBA desirable
    • +10 years prior finance experience, ideally in a first-class organization
    • Exposure to FP&A and Accounting is a must
    • English & French
    • Strong communication skills
    • Result oriented, planning/influencing skills while hands-on approach
    • Rigorous, follow things through, passion for learning and challenging status-quo
    • Swiss Tax and finance knowledge
