* The definition, planning and execution of our strategy that future-proof our business and ensure we remain competitive.
Job Description
The Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Technology Officer is working daily with the CTO and his teams, namely his direct reports, to support him in the definition, execution, and coordination of the Accor Tech Strategy
Key responsibilities
* Organize, prepare, run and follow up Accor Tech Committees (e.g., Excom, Global Excom)
* Prepare any document or presentation for Group committees (e.g., Accor Group Excom / Perf & business review)
* Support for external and internal speeches or interviews of the CTOs, liaising with the communication team
* Follow up on the budget of the department, namely for the General Management part
* Organize informal / formal events for Accor Tech teams (e.g., Excom offsite)
* Ensure, on an ad-hoc basis, the coordination of transversal and strategic projects led by the department
* Escalate any need / issue to the CTO or / and his deputy
Domain expertise
* 4-5 years professional expertise (depending on the background)
* Management / business degree (BAC +5)
* Analyst or consultant experience is a plus

* Proficiency in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
* Good coordination skills and multi-tasking
* Good communication skills (spoken and written) in a global and complex environment
