    Our client is a construction company near Rondo Daszyńskiego. They've recently set up a Shared Services Center (SSC) in Poland and are eager to expand. They're looking for ambitious individual to join them as Regional Accounting Lead.

    Aufgabengebiet

    • Supervise a team of up to 10 full-time equivalents (FTEs), overseeing talent development, recruitment, and performance management
    • Establish and lead teams, adeptly managing transitions to ensure seamless operations
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
    • Undertake responsibilities for conducting internal audits to uphold standards and enhance organizational efficiency
    • Ensure adherence to Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and company guidelines, encompassing timely tax and social contributions
    • Prepare and present local GAAP financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings within designated timelines
    • Conduct analytical reviews to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX regulations

    Anforderungsprofil

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • At least 5 years of managerial experience
    • Proven experience working within RTR and AP/AR area
    • Proficiency in English and German (C1 level) for both verbal and written communication
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Great stakeholder management skills
