Strategy Analyst (FTC)
London or Reigate - Hybrid
We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Analyst to join until the end of the year/Dec 2024 to work with key stakeholders to embed our strategic priorities across our business and progress our business growth.
By managing the annual Strategy Execution plan, you will apply judgement and constructive challenge as needed in discussion with Senior Leadership Team to ensure strategic outputs add value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently initiate and lead planning sessions with the Executive to formulate the Strategy Execution Plan for further discussion across the Group
* Stakeholder management and collaboration across the group at all levels to achieve our key milestones throughout the annual Strategy Cycle supporting the business in achieving its Group Strategic objectives in the short and medium term
* Facilitate the comprehension of intricate strategic materials and information to support groupwide strategic decision-making
* Continually enrich the repository of external Market Research and Reports, strategically disseminating pertinent information across the Just Group to bolster Strategic documentation production across all business units.
* Engagement across all business units to build a network of trusted contacts to facilitate relationship building across the Group with the purpose of supporting our growth ambitions
* Full ownership of the Environmental Pack encompassing macroenvironmental data and insights - from creation through to final delivery, with regular stakeholder interaction from the Group including Executives and Senior Leadership Teams
* Drive strategic conversations across the business, provide coaching, guidance and leadership on requirements and strategic processes
* Supporting the Executive where required for adhoc projects within their own individual business units
Skills and Experience
* Experience in leading strategic conversations
* Confidence in communicating to senior management and executive level audience - written and verbal
* Building a network of trusted contacts and relationships to be able to support delivery of objectives at group level
* Financial services and interpreting numerical analysis experience preferable
* Stakeholder Management at all levels
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong market analysis/market research skills
* Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Be self-driven and be able to self-manage with little hands-on direction from line manager
* Be able to manage with ambiguity
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Collaborative problem solving and cross-team collaboration skills
* Strategic Operations and Planning skills
* Executive Reporting - providing materials that are engaging and factually accurate
