- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER.
- Collaborate with finance, controlling, and operational teams to enhance coordination and communication.
- Streamline and optimize accounting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the posting and recording of financial documents with precision.
- Support the budgeting process to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Participate in various financial projects to drive the company's success.
- Advanced qualifications in finance and accounting, such as a federal professional certificate.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role, with a record of reliability and success.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER standards.
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO systems.
- Fluent Swiss German speaker with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
