Because Momentum sources talent internationally, they required an accurate way to screen candidates with the right combination of skills. They turned to Experteer to achieve this. We use the Experteer candidate search because of its simplicity; it is intuitive and easy to use, explains Emma Johnson, Senior Research Consultant at Momentum Executive Solutions. I like the fact that you can drill down into the search. Johnson often looks for language skills or specific locations when locating the best candidates. When recruiting for a role in Germany, for example, I can search the rest of Europe for people with German language skills and often find good candidates that would have been otherwise hard to find, she adds.

Other Candidate Search features that Momentum appreciates are being able to see a candidate’s membership status (Premium or Basic) and the activity status, which shows clearly who is an active seeker. The saved searches and email alerts keep me posted of any new candidates - I like this feature, says Johnson.

Momentum also uses Experteer Job Posting to recruit candidates and have found that the majority of applicants to be of good quality.
